There’s something truly special about local theater. Ask anyone who has either sat in an audience or appeared on a community stage and they’ll tell you it’s an experience like no other. 82nd Street Theatre, a ministry of Abundant Life Community Church, is no different, as leaders busily prepare for their 40th show, “Mary Poppins, Jr.,” featuring a cast of more than 50 children and young people, ranging in age from grade school to college-aged students. Mario’s North Royalton returns to its Italian roots

Before Mario Dabramo opened his namesake restaurant in 2017, he spent 30 years working in the construction business. He had always dreamed of opening a restaurant, but the timing had never felt right, until it did. Like a true entrepreneur full of determination and oblivious to risk, Dabramo walked into the building that was to become his restaurant and asked the owner if she was interested in selling. Number of white tailed deer is slowly declining

The numbers are in for the latest deer hunting season. The Ohio Deer Hunting Season for 2018-19, for archery started on September 29, 2018 and concluded on February 3, 2019, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. With this season’s end, North Royalton Chief of Police, Ken Bilinovich reported the 2018-19 season’s update to the Council Safety Committee at their meeting on February 19. Markie Michalke represents NRHS at OMEA All-State Ensembles

One of the many highlights that focus on student performance are the OMEA All-State Ensembles for band, choir, jazz band and orchestra. More than 1,000 high school students from all across Ohio submitted applications and recorded auditions in May of 2018 in hopes of being selected to perform with these prestigious ensembles. North Royalton High School was represented by one high school band member - senior Markie Michalke (trumpet).
