Halloween Home Decorating Contest and Trick or Treating
City Council is again doing a Halloween Home Decoration Contest. To enter, send an email with your name, address, and telephone number to NOROcontest@gmail.com by Monday, October 25. Judging will take place on Saturday, October 30th. One winner will be crowned per Ward, and one Ward winner will be crowned as the Best in North Royalton on Sunday, October 31. Trick or Treating will be held on Sunday, October 31, from 6 – 8 p.m.
