We gave a staff survey about two weeks ago and in that staff survey, we had 310 staff members respond to that survey, which is a good number.” He went on to say that there was very good feedback from both the licensed and non-licensed staff. That feedback is currently being deciphered and is very important and “identifies those pieces of the puzzle that we need to think about how to get better, but also those pieces of the puzzle that our folks think are going very well here.” He also said that they are finishing the parent survey, which has over 200 responses. “Feedback is a gift and we will use that gift wisely,” said Laub. A meeting deciphering the results will take place on April 4, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
