A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the County of Cuyahoga for the purpose of supplementing general fund appropriations for health and human or social services that the County Fiscal Officer estimates will collect $137,234,000 annually, at a rate not exceeding 4.8 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $131 for each $100,000 of the County Fiscal Officer’s appraised value, for eight years, commencing in 2024, first due in calendar year 2025.

The time line for the March 19 election is as follows:
February 21, Opening of vote by mail; March 12, Absentee Ballot application deadline; March 17, Voting In Person at the Board of Elections ends; March 18, All Vote-by-mail and Absentee ballots postmark deadline; March 19, Election Day (6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.) and all absentee ballots returned in person must be received at the Board of Elections by 7:30 p.m.
The following is a listing of North Royalton polling places:
Wards 1 and 3 vote at the former Royal View Elementary, located at 13220 Ridge Road
Ward 2 at the North Royalton Library, at 5071 Wallings Road
Ward 4 at the Christian Church, at 5100 Royalton Road
Ward 5* North Royalton City Hall, at 14600 State Road
Ward 6, North Royalton City Hall at 14600 State Road
*NOTE: Ward 5 voters have a change in location from the Elementary School to the North Royalton City Hall for the March 19 election.
