The North Royalton and Broadview Heights communities came together for the 12th annual Taste of North Royalton event on Thursday, November 7, at the St. Paul Hellenic Center. This tradition was hosted by the North Royalton Educational Foundation and North Royalton Stadium Foundation to support both non-profit organizations in their missions to enhance educational and co-curricular opportunities for North Royalton City Schools students. North Royalton residents were in for a treat as the City, Schools and partner organizations hosted the annual Health Fair & Family Expo on Saturday, November 2, 2024. This year's event, which took place at North Royalton High School, 14713 Ridge Road, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, promised a blend of health awareness, community engagement, and family-friendly activities. Families usher in the Christmas Season at Lighting of the City Green

The weather held out with no rain or snow, but the 26-degree temperature really could be felt. That did not stop residents from bundling up and coming to the City Green on Sunday, December 1, to take part in the 23rd Annual Lighting of the Green. City moves Safety Town to new location

Both the North Royalton Board of Education and the North Royalton City Council recently passed legislation that would approve of the construction of Safety Town at the location of the North Royalton Elementary School at 16400 State Road. The proposed site was previously at the old Royal View Elementary School. According to North Royalton Finance Director, Jenny Esaray, the City has received about $30,844 in donations as of this writing.
