Council makes changes in Tree Lawn Tree Rules

The North Royalton City Council adopted changes to the City’s ordinances regarding the removal and replacement of tree lawn trees. The measure was adopted after even more tweaking took place. Members of the North Royalton City Council have been discussing the changes since it was first discussed at the May 21 City Council Building and Building Codes Committee meeting. City hits Pause on Sewer Plant Transformation

New North Royalton Wastewater Superintendent, Ed Haller, addressed City Council at a recent Utilities Committee meeting regarding pausing part of the Abbey Road Sanitary Force Main and Gravity Sewer Improvement Projects. The projects would include the conversion of on of the City’s two Wastewater Treatment Plants into a pumping station. Members of the North Royalton City Council have been discussing making changes to the City’s ordinances regarding the removal and replacement of tree lawn trees. The measure was first discussed at the May 21 City Council Building and Building Codes Committee meeting. Despite the rainy weather on Memorial Day, North Royalton city officials, first responders and residents came to the North Royalton Cemetery at the City Green to pay tribute to the military members who sacrificed their lives in service to our country. Families enjoy and learn from Annual Safety Fair

The Annual Safety Fair began with cloudy skies over North Royalton, so the usual large crowds of families stayed in the large building that houses our North Royalton Fire Department, but Mayor Larry Antoskiewicz had ordered the clouds cleared by 10:45 a.m., and they were.
