Council members to receive City Cell Phones

Members of City Council recently received city-owned cell phones in order to continue communication with their constituents, as well as make it easier to adhere to the State’s public records laws. Deer statistics have not changed much from last year

With the recent close of the deer hunting season, the North Royalton numbers are in. With this season’s end, North Royalton Chief of Police, Keith Tarase, reported the 2022-23 season’s update to Council at a recent Council Safety Committee meeting. City is one step closer to receiving major grant

The City of North Royalton recently received notification from the State on a major grant that will be used for the Abbey Road Sanitary Force Main and Gravity Sewer Improvement Project. The project is estimated to cost about $20,000,000. The notification was received on March 23, stating that the City’s application has been selected to move forward to the next level for the grant. The project would include the conversion of one of the City’s two Wastewater Treatment Plants into a pumping station. City Council revisits food truck legislation

Council is once again discussing changes in the legislation that addresses mobile food units, commonly known as food trucks. School Board News

The March meeting of the North Royalton Board of Education took place on Monday, March 13. Board member, Heidi Dolezal was absent. The Board approved the all-day kindergarten fees for the 2023-24 school year at $2,500 per year, which was increased from $2,100, the previous year.
